#About exhibition

The concept of the exhibition “Immemory” was developed from the newly coined word “Immemory” and has three levels of meaning. First, historical writing that is open to the “future”, opening up the artistic language of poetic “third retention” from the “retention” of the past to the “pretention” of the future. Second, the subjective experience of “negation” is the dialectical relationship between memory and forgetting. The uncanny situation of “unremembered” “family changes” is deliberately forgotten or suppressed at the collective or individual psychological level. Third, “im” represents a “non-internal” relationship. The “exosomatic memory” shaped by media and technology is the media translation and substitution of personal expression that evolves in technological ontology.
